The toolbox was packed in Styrofoam, so there was no damage. It was easy to put the wheels and handle on. It rolls around easily on the ball-bearing wheels.The toolbox is well-made and works well. The drawers open and close easily on the ball-bearing slides. When a drawer is fully closed, it has a mechanism that keeps it from rolling out when you move the toolbox. The key locks all the drawers.One reviewer complained that the toolbox falls over when all the drawers are pulled out. Well, of course it will. If you pull all the drawers out, you shift the center of gravity of the unit, and it will tip over as would be expected. Just put your heaviest tools in the bottom drawer and only open the drawer you need, one at a time, and the toolbox won't tip.I like that this toolbox comes in a variety of colors. I picked blue because I keep it in my home office. Had it been destined for the garage, I would have picked red. A funny thing, though: It's blue in sunlight or incandescent light, but it looks black under the LED lights in my office because the LED lights, although appearing white to the eye, are not really white, but RGB.
