Combined, it measures 20.3" L x 11" W x 40.4" H, but the tool chest can detach for a portable tool box. The bottom storage cabinet features one pull out drawer and an adjustable shelf which are lockable to keep your tools protected. After reading several reviews about the condition of the item after shipping, I was hesitant to purchase. I can happily say that it arrived in near perfect condition. The only issue was that one of the tabs inside the main cabinet to hold the shelf was bent. Not a big deal at all.I will say; however, that this tool chest is hilariously small. I didn't expect much for the price, and I feel that I received exactly what I paid for. It will be great for all of the little items cluttering my garage and till boxes. Don't expect to fit a full size set of box wrenches, but screw drivers, pliers, etc. will be fine. Metal is thin, but it will be sufficient for small items.Overall, it's a great $160-$170 small tool chest. I would certainly recommend it as long as your expectations are properly set.
